	Tim Auran Direct: 650.347.3300		Tim Auran is a Bay Area native with roots to the 49er’s. Born in Alameda and lived and raised a family in Burlingame for 30 years. He has 25 years of Real Estate experience, is a licensed Broker and a sole proprietor. Tim enjoys the varied aspects of Real Estate and although he primarily lists and sells single family homes, he also manages property, lists and sells residential income property, commercial property and leases commercial and office property. Tim is active in the local Realtor Association, serving as President in 1991 and having been a Director of the California Association of Realtors for several years. He still Chairs the Legislative committee and is a member of the BORPAC committee. Tim is also active in his local community serving as a past president of the Burlingame Chamber of Commerce and is a current director and also serves as a City Commissioner on the Burlingame Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission. Tim has been a “top producer” in his industry qualifying for sales production awards since his first year in the business. Tim best likes the challenges offered by the Real Estate profession. Every transaction has a different Buyer and a different Seller and a different property. Each person and each property is unique. Each transaction requires a different strategy and a different diplomacy. In Real Estate you’re an expert until your next transaction. Overall it’s a business of helping people. Sometimes it’s helping the first time buyer squeeze into their first home, sometimes it’s helping the same couple move up or sell for retirement.
